Joshua Bass is the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of StrongestLayer, where he leads the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the company’s AI-native email security platform. With more than 15 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, Joshua specializes in building products that anticipate attacker innovation and deliver defenses that scale with enterprise needs.

Before founding StrongestLayer, Joshua held senior roles at Google, Mandiant, FireEye, and Proofpoint, where he worked on some of the industry’s most advanced security solutions. His career has focused on translating cutting-edge detection research into enterprise-ready products, helping global organizations protect against phishing, Business Email Compromise (BEC), and advanced persistent threats.

At StrongestLayer, Joshua is responsible for ensuring the platform is intuitive, adaptive, and effective against AI-driven threats. He works closely with engineering teams, data scientists, and enterprise customers to design solutions that align with the realities of modern IT environments—particularly Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud deployments.
